Kallos has spent his career fighting for the people of this great City and State, serving as a union’s attorney in the fight to secure its membership’s retirement and health benefits, ushering important statewide legislation on construction safety as Chief of Staff for Assembly Member Jonathan L. Bing and helping to protect over 12 million New Yorkers’ right to vote through his innovative VoterSearch.org program. As a small business owner, Kallos has worked to improve access to technology in education. He served on Community Board 8 rising to Co-Chair for the Communication Committee, currently serving as Director of Policy and Research for Mark Green’s campaign for Public Advocate the Legal Director for the New York State Young Democrats and Chair of State Coordination for the New York Democratic Lawyers Council.

Rebecca Green earned her B.A. from the University of Rochester and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings School of the Law. Before her legal career, Rebecca provided tobacco and alcohol education to California youth and advocated for survivors of domestic violence.

Jeff Greenberg is a recent graduate of NYU Law School, where he ran their Unemployment Action Center, and will be joining the American Civil Liberties Union during his deferral period from Fried Frank. Greenberg became a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche where he handled matter of International Tax prior to leaving to teach at Kaplan and pursue a career in law. When not reading the Internal Revenue Code for fun, Greenberg enjoys volunteering, playing chess and other board games, and was once an avid runner.

Bill Mahoney and New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) joined the team so that we can work together in making New York City and State more transparent. Current initiatives spearheaded by Mahoney include making Financial Disclosures of elected officials available to the public for free over the Internet.
